NICHE EXPERTISE,
    TRADITIONAL FEEL

RKM’s mission is simple: let creators create and we handle the rest.

Our approach blends traditional agency service with a nimble, adaptable strategy. RKM curates its roster and commands a deep understanding of each client’s position in their market. This ethos delivered more than $20 million worth of contracts in RKM’s first 3 years in business.

  • Douglas Pinsky

    CEO & Founder

  • In 2020, Douglas first crossed paths with CarterPCs–a rising tech creator who was just fourteen at the time. Following the spectacular flop of a livestream event, he offered Carter free work as a law student; a side project that immersed himself in the burgeoning world of short-form tech deals.

After years of working as a musician, Douglas recognized that his most successful managers understood his life both on and off the stage. Embracing this philosophy in his work representing creators, Douglas quickly generated ~$3 million in brand partnerships.

Shortly after passing the California bar, he left legal practice to run RKM full-time, transforming a single-client side hustle into one of the most trusted creator management firms.

Douglas holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.

  • Jake Williams

    Chief Talent Officer & Partner

  • As soon as Jake knew he wasn’t going to be talent, he was going to represent talent.

A former college hockey player, he blends his unique experience across sports, orthopedic device sales, and law to both deeply understand the most important tech personalities on the planet and fiercely advocate for them as they move and shape the tech landscape.

After a brief stint at CAA and being admitted to the California Bar, he joined Douglas in helping establish RKM.

Jake, his wife Bre, and dog Mace live in LA’s South Bay. He graduated with a B.S. from Salve Regina University and a J.D. from Loyola Law School Los Angeles.
